Shipments sent outside the European Union might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

SHIPPING METHODS

For Orders with 1 or 2 T-shirts, it will be shipped as an untrackable delivery. All other Orders are sent tracked, using a variety of carriers including DHL, and local couriers in each country.

Delivery Time with Standard Shipping between 6 – 10 working days for fashion and 3 – 5 working days for coffee and cups. Packages are sent from Germany. For packages with products from multiple categories, the order will be shipped in several shipments and the longest delivery date counts.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We’re confident that you won’t want to return our products, but if you do, please drop us an email at contact@coffeeridesociety.com to explain what you would like to return.

We are happy to offer a full refund on any products as long as we receive the item(s) back within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. You have to carry the shipping costs, if the supplied products correspond to the ordered. To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered.Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.

If you would like to exchange a size, please email us, let us know what you would like to exchange, and we’ll send you details of how to arrange the exchange.

We will ask that you return the item to us, to reach us in perfect condition, and once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note that the customer is liable for the returns shipping charges.
